Schedule a specimen pickup

 

Practices located within IDEXX’s courier network* can schedule or cancel a pickup via our automated courier booking system by calling 1-800-667-3411.

Once your account has been confirmed, the system will notify you if you have a pickup already scheduled, and then offer the option to: 

  • Cancel the pickup
  • Schedule an additional pickup

 

Important 

Pickups can no longer be scheduled directly through our courier partners' websites.
 

*IDEXX Canada’s courier network includes the metropolitan and surrounding areas of Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.
