In recognition of this special bond, IDEXX Reference Laboratories customers can apply doctor and staff discounts to purchases of IDEXX tests for their own pets.
Program details
- If you qualify for the program, doctors and staff in your practice may receive a courtesy discount on tests run at IDEXX Reference Laboratories for their personal pets.
- IDEXX reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time. Contact your IDEXX sales representative for more information.
- If your practice is part of a corporate group, the terms of your doctor and staff discount may be different as described in IDEXX's agreement with your corporate group. Please check with your internal contacts regarding your organizations' corporate agreement or contact your IDEXX Veterinary Diagnostic Consultant to determine your discount percentage and monthly allowance.

To streamline your process and ensure your doctor and staff discounts are appropriately applied, affiliate pets in either VetConnect PLUS or a participating practice information management system (PIMS).
