Manage and pay invoices your way

MyIDEXX Billing has been updated to provide a new digital invoice experience in an intuitive, user-friendly format with interactive features. Business administrators and users with billing access will be able to:

  • Search, sort and filter invoice transactions
  • Access current and historical statements
  • Export invoice activity to a CSV (Excel) file for further analysis

IDEXX offers a variety of payment methods for you to choose from.


Online management with Invoice Gateway gives you enhanced security and functionality to view, print, sort, search, and download your invoice and statement data into your accounting package 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  You can choose when and how you would like to pay your invoices using Visa™, MasterCard™, American Express™, or direct debit from your bank account.  Enrollment is FREE – just click on the appropriate enrollment option:

Autopay via Credit Card ensures that your balance gets paid after the end of the month. Charges through the end of the month would be processed on the 2nd business day following the end of the previous month. For example, charges through December 31st would be processed on the second business day of January. To enroll, call 1-800-814-1147.

Direct Debit from a Checking or Savings Account ensures that your balance is automatically paid in full on a monthly basis on the 25th day of the month (or next business day) for any and all of the product and service balances outstanding as of the prior month’s end.

To cancel an existing direct debit enrollment (English version), click Direct Debit Cancellation Form .

Pay by Cheque. You can still mail your payment, just include your remittance stub from your invoice to ensure prompt processing and allow additional time for delivery.  Make sure you send your payment to the following payment address:
